    Buy a domain.
Buy some hosting, then configure your domain to direct to your host's DNS.
Upload Wordpress to your hosting account via FTP.
Read the readme.txt that came with WP.

I tried. But I already know that I've failed.

    you have 2 choices

    1) use blogger.com and redirect that to your web address
    2) install wordpress on your hosting (needs php & mysql)

    1- get a hosting account.
    2- get a domain
    3- create a folder for your blog(probably in a directory-public_html)
4- point the domain to the folder of the hosting account(ie. public_html/myblog).
5- upload the blog script to the folder.
6- set up a mysql database for that blog.
7- view the domain through the browser and follow the installation steps.

    1. Buy a domain name
    2. Find an affordable hosting company with Fantastico scripts
    3. Log in your domain panel, point your nameserver details provided by your hosting company
    4. Log in to your hosting c-panel and install wordpress inside Fantastico scripts panel
    5. All done!
