LateGames.com, Arcade Site, Good Traffic etc. Look!

I am actually not to sure about selling this site, I am in no rush to or need to get it off my hands so if there is not a price I am really happy with I won't sell.

This is an arcade site, lategames.com.. To begin this name is very brandable and a great name for an arcade site. This script this site uses is shock script but is heavily modified and the script is no longer for sale. Just the script was originally $97.00 with only 250 games. So many quality games have been searched for and added to make it at 1,036 games now. There have been a lot of customizations and work done to the script including our very own toolbar, Myspace game codes, RSS feeds. We had the custom logo mascot done which was pricey but I think it adds a lot to the site as well as being fun and creative. The site currently has 37 members but more and more are signing up every day. A lot of edits and functionality fixes have been done to the site.

From July 1st-20th we were only have about 50 uniques a day but the traffic has really picked up now.

As you can see we are getting around 400 uniques a day and once 1000. We were on digg under a popular game, in a comment someone linked to our game as well as many other sites.

This site was using adsense weeks ago but I removed them weeks ago to focus more on attracting quality visitors instead of throwing ads at them. The ads can be very well blended and added through the admin. YPN would be better. You can think of this site as 0$ income but it has so much potential.

As you can see we get a hundreds of searches from google coming to our site, that is where a lot of traffic come from.

Even though this site has no income right now it has so much potential becuase of traffic and the SEO etc.\

I am also willing to offer free hosting on our dedicated server for a while, at least a month until you are comfortable moving.

I am looking for a $450 BIN but will take bids, if the bids don't reach close to the BIN or it isnt sold for the BIN I may just not sell becuase of all the potential and time I have put into it. Thank you..

The site seem like slowing my PC operation ... any idea why?

The headings in your screenshots are . The first column that you are referring to are not uniques, they are just visits.
