He owes me 300$, it is a lot. He just disappeared.

No. He just disappeared after site was finished. I handed over files, but I still have access to FTP. Now he even doesn't work on his site anymore, he doesn't come online on MSN. weird. I dont know what do to, It was few weeks ago.

if you have cpanel access, change the passwords.
if you have already pushed the domain, backup the files, then delete them.

 

If you still cannot contact him after some time, I suggest you just sell off or auction off the site to cover your losses.
