    Do you honestly feel your mesothelioma site is the most relevant (or one of the top 10) mesothelioma sites on the Internet today (of about 2 million of them)? If not, your first step would to become a more relevant site.

    Do SEO for organic traffic or start paying for PPC (AdWords, MS AdCenter, etc.)
    If there isn't a lot of competition for your main keywords, SEO is the way to go.

    Spend a few million on TV ads. That will drive traffic too :)

    PPC can drive immediate traffic, but is expensive. Driving traffic with SEO takes time and effort. And if keywords are very competitive, may also be very difficult.
