Picasa conversion is 0.10$ only?

I have a Picasa conversion, but how come it is 0.10$ only rather than as stated $1.00?

 

Usually you get from US visitors 1$ ..if anyone else downloaded then its 10cents.. I got only once 1$ from a visitor that was from my country, that was my first firefox earning, but after that only 10cents for picassa and firefox too.. where are you from?

 

Googles states that it's "up to" $1.00, and not $1.00 all the time. As MakeSens said, it depends on where the visitor is clicking from. For me, an Asian visitor got me $0.10, and an Australian visitor got me $0.50.

 

I agree with mooiness, my recommendation conversion from $0.1 to $3.0

 

I think you can still get more than 10 cents from click by non-American users.
