Next I would go to blogspot or wordpress and set up a free blog and see if you like to wok online.

BlogSpot or WordPress will cost you nothing money wise. Pick a subject that you like and will be willing to write about on a daily basis for at least a month. Make sure you make use of ALL the FREE tutorials on their sites. Anytime you do not understand terminology, GOOGLE IT!! I can't say it enough!!

Google and TIME are going to become your best allies.

Search for FREE hosting in Google when you are ready for a website. I advise you to use a Blog first though. WordPress is really the most versatile and popular at the moment.

Unless you have lots of money to begin with, STAY AWAY from Pay Per Click advertising and Google Adwords until you have a handle on website/blog development and Internet Marketing in general.

Most sites, even this one from what I've seen, would rather have you just READ the forums for awhile and actually START SOMETHING before asking a GENERAL question on how to make money on the internet.
