[WTB] Dedicated or VPS

    I Want a hosting with 200GB, unmetered bw 10mbps. for my site which has 3000 UV/day and 4000GB BW per month. (MP3 download site)

    FdcServers.Net gives these for $49/month . But I want in Netherlands. Shall I get this requirement for this price?

    No . I want to host mp3 files. FDCServers doesn't allow copyrighted materials.

    do you have purchased distribution rights for mp3 files you are offering on your site? if not then you won't find any host in US(atleast); hosting your websites

    I don't know why you want a server in the Netherlands, but it isn't allowed in the Netherlands to host illegal files (you don't have the rights to publish them).

    That is a big mistake ;-). The law allows us (I'm from the Netherlands) to download illegal files, but the law disallows to publish illegal files. An organisation in the Netherlands hunts on illegal file websites, the name is Brein. Brein shut downs small and big websites like news group distributing NZB files, torrent websites and of course websites who publishes illegal files.
