Dreamhost is alright. I personally prefer Host Gator or Scarab Web. However, places like SharkSpace, HawkHost, GeekStorage are also good. The last three aren't from my experience; however, many of my friends use them and have been w/ them for a long time.

justhost is bad hosting i host one of the my site with justhost and i got too much downtime my site ranking down due to downtime then i change my host not go for justhost too much downtime
I have hosting accounts with Host Gator, Justhost and Host Monster. I would rate them in that order. You do have to remember that there are several factors that can come into play with any hosting account though. Maybe one of the biggest factors is a dedicated IP. If you share an IP with a site that uses a lot of bandwidth, your performance will suffer. I would highly recommend you make use of the dedicated IP feature with any of the good hosting services that you choose.
