I' am trying to sell a website but I don't know to much about this issue. First I cannot sell it with domain name because I must some kind upgrade my webhosting account. But this is not the real problem, I don't know even the website can be sold, how can be this selling procedure be done? I saw websites that owners pretend worth even 300000 dollars? Can be this really true? Does anyone give this kind of money on a website? I think all I need is a good website where can I resolve all this problems and finally sell my website.. Can you help me please?

World's most richest young person is Mark of Facebook.com which he earned in very short period of time. Do you believe this? Some guys earn 40,000 dollars from only one website. Do you believe this? The king of Acai berry earns 500,000 dollars daily with daily 80,000 investment. Do you believe this? If you don't think that website has value than better not go further with this. And the most important thing is that you should believe yourself. And last but not least, you are not clear with your question and thread title.

Your monthly revenue from the site X either 6-12 months= value of site. other factors also can raise or lower the price but this is what is looked at most of the time.
