My first design EVER!!

    What type of site is this for?

    For your first design, I will say that it was nice that you were able to use gradient colors and stuff like this.

    Now, on the other hand the site looks to be plan, I mean the contrast don't seem to blend very well, and I would suggest more contrasting to help readability.

    Well, I wanted only to get reviews like your guys. It`s my first design ever I mean, I know it`s not something OMG or something special, but it is something special for me...my first design and I`m glad with myself ;)

    EDIT : I can sell it for 2$ too hahaha

    You need to think about your content and how it scrolls off the page. When you start thinking about scrolling you need to start thinking about backgrounds and how they repeat and overlap. A design like this is either going to be a challeng, or your content will fit exactly into the blocks without any expansion.

    You need to use standard fonts (Arial, Helvetica, Serif, Trebuchet etc..) for the web. Looks okay for the 'first ever' design. :)

    quite well said.. good try but you should always make sure that the font of the content blends with the background etc etc... well tried :)

    Look OK, but depends on how the content and links are added and how they look.
