any experience with email support?

    I sent an email to yahoo, I have a conf. #, but no answer...its been a week. any others experience this?

    I might just do that, I just prefer to contact them as little as I need to...

    Took them a few days to get back to me, and it was basically a useless reply. I ended up calling and getting the same useless info in a matter of minutes lol.
