Intriguing idea. Obviously we'd need American police. If you can find a shot of US police making an arrest or stopping a car etc that would be preferable.

focus...still not what I had in mind for a background. But leave it as is for now. If we choose your design it would probably require some changes but don't worry about it until then.

Didn't mean to ignore yours.

I'm not real sure what to think. It's Ok...but doesn't really turn my crank.

I don't know if we can improve it enough to be a winner that's probably why I didn't comment.

First, dumb question but...is that Miami?

Probably most importantly is that the fonts look "washed out". That might be the effect you wanted but I'd probably like them to stand out more.

I have sent it on the the client for his input though so who knows?

I'm going to submit another version, but only after i'm done with my weekly update for one of my sites. Will be a couple of hours from now.

 

Okay guys, here's the deal.

None of the entries are exactly what I'd like to use as is.

Rather than just kill this contest what I propose is that I select a winner, pay $20 up front and the balance after changes are made that satisfy us.

Sound fair?

If so I'd like to select focused.on.art's second entry.

I have made arrangements with "focus" to move forward.

To ...bayo and Robi...it probably isn't a dead issue...just delayed momentarily.

I anticipate I will contact both of you to make revisions on your entries in the future as I get new clients. The city or name and phone number will change but the core concept might be something we can use down the road.
