I have the domain, GW2.org which stands for Guild Wars 2. Guild Wars 2 is a game coming out next year and the current guild wars has a member base of 6 million. The term Guild Wars 2 gets 50k searches a month. There is no official Guild Wars 2 only sites. Apart from the one owned by the game developers. There is one forum here and there on the big gaming forums. Is it worth anything? Or just the reg fee?
Personally I would not develop a site whose content I was not passionate about. GW2 is a good name for a site about that game, however .org is a bad extention for the purpose and I don't know how popular the game really is. Compare that search volume to other MMORPGs and yoiu may see Developed, the revenue potential is probably so much higher than what you will see from selling this domain name - probably low $$ to low $$$
better off with a longer dot com i only see popular .org domains for open source so maybe $30-100 dollars
