senthil007 Happy to have you back. Sorry about your sickness and I suspected as much, since you were totally absent from DP. Review copy means discounted or free service, so those who benefit will tell others in the thread how good or bad the service is. In my own case in this thread, I got a totally free service (free review copy). Coming to your second question, a PR 0 directory today can get a higher PR in the next update. I will use a personal experience as an illustration. When I launched my directory on 1st August, 2008, it had only PR0 without any backlink. In the next update, it rose to PR 3. Now when I log into Google Webmaster Tools, I notice the PR has moved up to Medium, but on the outside it still maintains PR 3. So no matter a directory has PR 0, it still passes link juice to those links in it. What I normally consider is if the page I want to submit my site is cached or not and how many pages are indexed by major search engines. It's a plus if the directory has some PR.
