    I found this article to remind me that there is always somthing to learn when it comes to being a worthy SEO. While this post reminds me that seeking knowledge from others should be a never ending quest, I am skeptical about any deceptive tactics concerning Google. I am not questioning the success or even passing judgment. All I am saying is be careful.

    This seems like it would work...You'd just have to leave the content up on the MyEstablishedSite.com for a period of time to make sure the 301s are properly categorized by Google.

    what do i do if my site is a blog? create a blog replica will also change the permalink, database, etc...should we really create a site replica? is it okay to just create a permanent redirect on established site subdomain?

    Get a Good High PR Links, Also Submit the press release for the perticular website to get out from sandbox. this is the easier way to get the benefits from google sandbox
