Hello All, I just want to know that can I submit one article to many article submission sites and in many blogs. Will it be fine or is there any duplicate content policy by Google for this? Please guide me I want to know whether there is some kind of restriction on doing this. Thanks In Advance.
There's no duplicate content penalty as such (is the general consensus). Its just that doing what you suggest *won't help you*. Search engines are too smart. It's explained here duplicate content penalty exposed. there's really no excuse for submitting the same article hundreds of times nowadays, because you can get jet spinner syntax created from any article automatically at http://www.autojetspinner.com - generate jet spinner syntax automatically
it would be great if you could create different versions of your article and submit it on different sites; this way you will make sure Google does not get upset
If you are posting article over ezinearticles dot com kind of websites, then each of them have their own unique-content policy. Therefore first you will need to cop with article submission website. As far as google is concern, it really give rank to articles that are graded well on individual website, and such articles live longer on SERP. For instance if you post something over Squidoo, then there are chances that your page from Squidoo will appear in search result for a day or two. But your Squidoo page, does not rank well on Squidoo itself, then your squidoo page in SERP will downgraded after 1 or 2 days. Best!
Yes, you add one article to one or more many sites, but some sites are not allowed duplicate article like buzzle.com and hubpages.
Yes, you can submit the content to as many article directories as possible for as long as you have the reprint rights for it. Duplicate content is just a myth. There's no such thing like that. I've seen sites (like Digg) with duplicate contents but are ranking high in Google.
Duplicate content is not a myth. but yes you cann submit the same article to different directories. google will never reach all of this directories
Yeah... cuz we all know that Google's spiders are not smart enough to figure out how to crawl multiple article submission sites and find your duplicate articles in multiple places... NOT! If Google "will not reach all of this directories" then the links from those articles would be worthless anyway. If Google doesn't index the article on the sites you submit it to, then the link is not going to exist in their link graph, won't get counted as a back link. I'm sorry... Google will have no problem finding your article on those sites where you submit them. And they will have no problem detecting that it's the same article if you choose to submit a single article to many sites. I would highly recommend submitting unique articles. Make them unique by writing multiple versions or using an article spinner as ContentBoss suggested.
You can use an article spinner...as long as you don't mind submitting an article that reads like a retarded monkey wrote it. Take the time to actually write a new article, just post your articles on a blog and promote the hell out of it. If your content is good, and you have a lot of readers, then they might link to you. This gets the links that you're looking for, and it quells any opportunity for duplicate content issues, whether the penalty exists or not.
