Hello DP's, I am very new to DP.I would like to share my personal experiences in adsense that made a nig money maker in Adsense. Although it may appear a bit silly to you,its what helped me to get more earings in Adsense. Are you tensed what it is??? Yeah,Its here...Its just removing the Online-Advertiser from the Adsense Settings. This will remove the "Advertise on this Site" and make the Ads more inhertied into your site tenses the visitors to click on the ads. Just try it,you will defenity say that I am Correct. Still Confused how to do it.Here is the Step-By-Step procedure 1.Open the url "http://www.google.com/adsense" 2.Loin to your Account. 3.Click on "My Account" Tab 4.Select "Account Settings" Option 5.There you will find the link to edit "Online Advertiser Support".Click on "edit" and uncheck the option "Inclide me into Online Advertiser Support" 6.Save and Exit. thats all folks...now your site is also like me......... Enjoy Adsense.....
You may lose a few advertisers if you have a particularly attractive site, though. That's the one caveat. I haven't noticed a difference personally; normally these are fairly low-CPM small players.
Legal? This option is available in your adsense account to enable or disable, so ofcourse it's legal. This tip has been mentioned before, but anyway thanks Sakibanda and welcome to DP
Couldn't agree more. Anyway, I am not sure if its going to make any difference whatsoever though. The guy probably saw earning rise for other reasons.
Rather this will affect your CTR or not depends entirely on your site's layout/ad placement. If your "advertise on this site" link never stood out to begin with, removing it won't make a different. But if your ads are out there for the world to see and the text stands out, then removing it WILL make a difference. Simple as that.
Good tip. I unchecked the box. It clearly says that I am not subcribed. But still my ads are showing the "Advertiseon this site" message. Please note that I regenerated the code and pasted it.
Wow! That's a great tip! Thank you very much for pointing that out. I know there is far more to Adsense than I've had time to spend looking at and this is definitely one of them. I will be changing this right away. Thanks again!
