Need A Good CPM/PPC company adbrite fails

    I dont like underdog media. Their fill rate is very low for me. I set cpm at 0.10 I cannot see no ads(in canada) and then when I try using my server(located in the states) it shows the underdog media signup banner. How do I fill the rest with a different ads. Is there any good ppc other than bidvertiser& adsense?

    For ppc I can only recommend: AdSense, BidVertiser and AdBrite (the best ones, the rest of ad networks such as AdToll pay extremely low, as low as 1 cent per click)

    For cpm I can recommend: Cpx Interactive, Snoork Ads, and Underdog Media.

    With some companies if you are outside United States you do not need to fill any tax information, not sure about CPA Lead thought, I would contact them and ask them.
