How to keep the PR of a dropped domain?

    Please suggest me the ways to keep PR of a dropped domain.I have high PR doamin.Before it has a real estate site.Now i created a website of othercontent.Pleae suggest me some ways to keep the PR.

    Do link exchange with high PR sites ASAP.

    And do SBM.

    It helps you to maintain PR.

    Google is a registrar. So, they know the domain was dropped and required. They also know that its theme has changed. There is nothing you can do if they decide to drop old links.

    Build backlinks and find out which pages are being linked to with the old domain. Maybe replicate those?

    i will suggest to have more and more backlinks with high PR sites...this will increase good traffic and also PR will increase...have more and more link exchange...
