video spliter, joinder dubber??

    Hi
    Could anubody suggest the name of software in which I can play my vedio and whenever i want to add any music(deleting orifinal). and delete any part from vidio i do not know... or add any clip from another vedio at any part of the the vidio i am work on

    It should be simple to use as simple as Sony sound forge(it does not work for vedio)

    virtualdub is not a simpler tool. could you plz suggest a tool like sony sound fordge in which we can mix any audio recording at the point we want. secondly we can add audio clip stream just by copy and paste like sound fordge
