Worst hosting EVER! Bad customer support, server was down for over 48 hours and I told him to get it back up asap and it states "99.9% uptime" and he told me to "STFU"! What kind of business kid is this?

Yeah, ALL MY SITES HOSTED WITH HIM WERE DELETED. All my hard work, GONE IN AN INSTANT. Fucking hell. Never use this guy's piece of shit hosting. He's also now running under "digitalgoods.info" hosting. Stay away from that aswell.
You didn't explain as to why the sites where deleted. Our servers had been hacked, all data wiped including backups. We apologized to this member however his maturity seems to be at a loss, he simply couldn't handle the situation correctly.
Shouldn't you give everybody there accounts back even if the data is gone and put your news on your main site with your plans etc?

Hey SSANZ, sorry that your website was hacked. Good luck to your future webhosts, I haven't personally experienced my webhost being hacked, but we've gotten potential DoS SYN flood pings, which are blocked my oh-so-great security ness. Anyways, sorry.
