Badge logo ( creative illustration ) Contest 85$

I'm increasing contest prize from 20$--> 85$

Hello guys

I need this design for my Scuba Diving Blog , I need an illustration that will represent " Diver should not be a smoker ". Size should not be bigger then 125 height and 200 width

Basically I need something that Dive Blog owner will place on his/her website to show that he/she is a non-smoker and against smoking.

I'll also pay 10$ to the second best design, but only if I'll decide to use.

Winner should be able to provide PSD file and jpeg image

Deadline is 15 of June ( I reserve right to extend the deadline , if suitable entries will not be submitted )

Thanks for inputs guys , but this is certainly not what I'm looking for

But instead that guy , I want a scuba diver who is smoking

soulslasher6 , it's hard to guess that under the sign is a diver ( what about if he is smoking or no it's impossible to tell ) , also i do not like the fonts and their placement

DesireeJoy - Your last image is good , the only thing i can't understand is the brown elements around the main sign , what they are ?? I would also like to see your entry without that , it bit larger but it can easily be corrected
