We all like to brag once in a while of our success, right? I give him props. Nice job. And he didn't even try to sell us his ebook guaranteeing success ;-) I've been doing affiliate marketing for 8 years now and only found success by stumbling upon the right industry, right niche, right product and right sales approach. Lots of trial and error. Now that I'm doing well, who can I tell? When I share my numbers with my friends, some congratulate (but then they expect me to pay for dinner), some get bent out of shape (angry that I'm doing better) and a slim few are happy for me. But after you've told them once that you just made $1800 today, then it just gets old to all of them. What I'm getting at is that I totally understand his desire to share and to inspire. You don't need money to join Affiliates Program, it's totally free. I think you can join programs from anywhere in the world too. So, joining them is easy and be prepare to give them a lot of personal infos in order for them to pay you, so it's ok! THEN, you will have to submit to every advertiser you want to affiliate with. Some will declined, but others will accept you even if you're a beginner, even some big ones! This will give you something to start with! Good luck!
I am surprised, this thread is still on first page. I didn't mean to get that much attention. Just want to update that I'm not earning as much as mentioned in this thread. Bad Economy have hit me hard, merchants are tightening their terms and some even terminated their affiliate programs to cut their business cost. But after all the odds still earning enough to make a good living.

Hi Nabs, Thanks also for giving the updates. Yes, I'm also CJ affiliates and recession do give effects to my earning, although I still getting checks every month. I don't know what method I have to use to diversity my business, because I relly so much on Affiliate and Adsense
Yes, I use more affiliate programs. I use ShareAsale, Amazon and Neverblue. The main problem is, the world in recession, so people don't want to spend money for buying stuff online and the number of credit card in world also decreasing.
