I have withdrawn funds of more than 7000 INR which has 0 fees for the transaction on 22nd FEB but the transaction is not done and I haven't gone the money deposited into my bank account although in Paypal Shows status : Completed Where would be the problem ??
it has been more than 5month still had you not contacted the paypal ? call them this is the best solution for u
Hi, I think you wait for more a week and if it is still not there then contact PayPal. I also transferred the money to my HDFC Bank account. In paypal it showed that the transaction is complete but it was not showing in my HDFC Bank account after a week it showed that in my account. So wait for now.
Have you read OP's post carefully Withdrawn funds as on 22n Feb (5 months back) Why he needs to wait 1 week more ???? @OP - Contact paypal immediately through phone call and let them know of this issue (Actually you need to give them a phonecall at that time). DON.
5 months is a pretty long time and I wonder what made you wait for so long and not contact Paypal immediately! Paypal has the policy to initiate investigation into such matters after 14 working days and so, you should have called them, immediately after these waiting period lapsed. Better late than never! Just give them a call with the details of your withdrawal ....without any further delay! Regards, RightMan
I have found PayPal's phone support always very helpful and friendly. Though I've never actually needed them for plain transfers, which always appeared in my bank account within about 3 days. But I had some other questions, especially with international transactions, and they've always resolved things quickly and courteously. (or explained them, in a few cases).
