Which CMS are you on?

Hi,

I used to think there are just 5-6 free and good CMSs around.

But hey check these posts out:

So i am curious, which ones are the members of DP on?

I have used about 1/2 of the CMSs on those list and a bunch that are not on the list. My personal opinion, drupal and wordpress are still the best. The reason being - they are secure, have tons of plugins, and have wide support.

Some of those CMSs, their support forums are almost empty and look like wordpress clones.

As a blog and forum owner, I want something that has full integration with the popular forums, secure, lightweight and easy to use. That makes me ask why was tiny portal not on the list, or did I overlook it?

Tinyportal offers integration with the SMF forum, which is a really nice feature.

CMS made simple does not offer any integration with the popular forums.

MKportal offers full integration with just about all of the popular forums, but it was not on the list? And its been around for a long time, has a large user base, but was not listed for some reason?

The father of all CMSs, PHPnuke was not listed. It would have been nice to see at least an honoable mention to the software and the developers that started it all.

VBulletin is supposed to be releasing a CMS with its next forum release - VB4. Now that is really going to be interesting.

 

I'm using Wordpress too.

 

I have a lot of website and most use a cms. I use XOOPS on my oldest domains and Jaws on my newest. I do have a few wordpress blogs.

 

I tried drupal and xoops but then switch to wordpress and wordpress give me best performance.

btw in content management system, i use 4images, gallery 2, phpbb.

 

I'm using Joomla and WP, both of them are really cool: simple and power

 

I use Frog CMS and Wordpress, I do not like Joomla at all.

 

I use a small but nice CMS php-fusion

 

XOOPS & Drupal - both have unique functionality that can be tailored to the individual needs of a site.

For e-Commerce, CS-Cart or CubeCart.

 

I use serendipity and drupal

 

XOOPS & Wordpress I believe that are very good

For e-Commerce I prefer zen-cart

 

Wordpress is great because it's so well supported. You can basically make a corporate level site for very, very cheap.

 

I'm using Joomla. Hard to start if you don't know it but very powerful once understood.

Im too addicted to wordpress, and it always serves the purpose for me and work great.
And most of all i can use it for various flexible websites.

 

I have used Joomla, tutorialms, wordpress, Drupal, and php-fusion Loved them all. Currently, im just using tutorialms now, because im one of the developers

 

I use Joomla and Sitefinity for the high end corporate sites. Both really good systems. Joomla you need to find and apply the extra modules to make it powerful. Sitefinity uses ASP.NET for integration.

 

I am using Drupal. But sometimes use WP.

 

All my sites are on Wordpress as it's simple and powerful combined. I've never really seen the need to use another cms. I think the most difficult problem I've ever encountered is to develop unique themes for some sites. Other than that, everything else is a breeze.
