I was searching for keypharse in google for us location like allinanchor:"healthcare website design, 400,000 Results were appeared while at the bottom there were only three pages. I clicked on that, i got 24 results. what does that mean? Is that google poisoning my data? Which figure i should consider(400000 or 24)?. How to skip from google poisoning?

You can click the "repeat the search with the omitted results included." at the bottom and it should show all of them I believe.

Google is not poisoning any data or anyone, without google you don't know where to go on the internet .
Try Shinjo's way to find out more search results .

I think the last result didn't show omitted results and so it reduced to 24.

For me it showed 22,700,000 results.

So there a basic understanding, google poison the data or we should try to find valid reason for it. If so we need to find the way to get out of it.

What do you mean by using the term poison anyway? That matter is quite irrelevant in here. As mentioned above, Google does not show the web pages which might be supplemental or too close to each other in terms of contents.

Google does not wish to hide your results, i'm quite certain that you understand, apart from that you ought to know that Google normally takes out repeated or similar results from the same website :)
