It's always better to go with a reliable, experienced host. Make sure you check when the domain was registered, look for reviews... Always, never tell people price isn't a factor, cause they might offer here and over charge you. i hope you find what you are looking for. Also you could always use a VPS for running online radio.

If you are looking for a dedicated server for SHOUTcast servers, i would suggest you look in a box with more memory and with a 100Mbit port at least. You can try getting WHMSonic along with WHM / cPanel and you have good features like AutoDJ and AAC support in their v2.

If you are looking for a regular shoutcast account, try to look for a provider who offers AutoDJ with pretty decent space and one who does not oversell and is in business for quite sometime.

actually if you noticed in WHMSonic, don't know if you have a license or not but the autodj has a bug in which WHMSonic released a notice about.

We do have licenses and are even exclusive resellers of WHMSonic in India at this time and we are pretty well aware of this critical bug and the developers are working on it as they mentioned in the bug report and if you might have noticed, they are moving at a fast pace since a few months before v2 launch and resolving the bugs (though they had few issues with the FreeBSD release before).

You can safely bet on WHMSonic and that bug would be surely resolved very soon.
