    Can I open my fathers paypal account , as mine got blocked.

    Address and surname remains same.

    your father can create create an account using his documents (credit card/id) etc... you can use his account, this will be normal i guess :rolleyes:

    Yes. You can open account with your father-mother-brother-sister name with same address and same surname.

    As suggested by DON, you can surely open accounts in all your family members' names, as long as you can provide documents in support of their individuality.
    But looking at the speed with which your PP accounts are getting limited, you may also require to open accounts in the name of your neighbors as well! :p jk ;)

    Voter id would be just fine. Even a CC statement or any utility bill clearly showing the matching name and address would be fine as well! :)

    Otherwise it is starting to sound like idendity crisis?
