All results n/a

    All my keywords are showing as n/a for all 3 search engines and most are coming up as Daily Change "-9,987"
    Is there something up with the tool or have I just lost all rankings for all my sites? :eek: :)

    What's a keyword/URL combo (exactly as entered) that you think it's reporting wrong, and what position do you see it when you look manually?

    I prefer not to post that here

    However, usually when I click Check All, it will take some time to check everything and I can click Refresh to update the status (the red text).
    But now when i do that and click refresh, the process is "complete" in just a few seconds, so it seems it is not actually going through and rechecking the rankings at all

    I've experienced this as well. Then I check all again and it works fine.

    Check your advanced usage script URL. Try removing it from your settings and readding it (see if it allows you to do it).

    I actually did do that and I don't think I've personal had that problem today.
