    You need to be a premium member to get paid, whats the point of earning when you can't cash out. So to get paid you need to be a premium member.

    As I read it, you just have to be a paid member when you ask for the payout.

    Nothing in there about having to have been one for all that time.

    I still await over a month for my payment.. its like a surprise when it does happen.. I've been paid $1,800 by them.. they do pay.. just takes forever :)
