I keep myself calm and confine to a lonely place, taking deep breaths and wait for some time for the anger to dissipate. Then, as usual the routine goes on....
i prefer to sit quitely in order to control my anger or idont know what step i may take when i m angry
When I get angry, I will see the situation first. Sometimes I just keep silent and pray in my heart. Otherwise, I say what makes me angry to certain persons calmly or with a loud voice. At another time, I do something with a noise or an angry face.
