Need help convert photoshop wordpress design into CSS

    Chop it up into elements then add them as background images inside the CSS.

    A plugin would be more bloated than learning CSS and adding them to elements that would exist within the page naturally.
    Knowledge of HTML/CSS is key for a good transoformation, and your photoshop layout should be faesible, for example not having one huge picture as a background.

    HTML and CSS knowledge is the most important for good tranformation. No tables layout of course... small code html more in css.
