I'm in the process of making some content sites, bit different from what i normally do, but i'll see how things go. I'm curious about article marketing, who uses it, if its a good idea and how you go about this. Any feedback is appreciated!
HiTerry, I myself have just atarted Artcle Marketing but before I started I accidentaly came across areallly knowledgabel site and the current topics sre abot article marketing and the effects of the junk artcle directories and the consequences of the duped content I have learnt quite a lot from staying away from submitting to these sites and making sure you only submit to real publishers. It will make a huge difference to your results. Have a look for your self The site is at JamesBrausch.com - I hope that helps Hags
I use it mainly to 'seed' the SERPs with content I control. Brand management of sorts. Should ever anything bad about one of my sites surface, it'll be deep down in the jungle of content seeded by me so to speak. Not that I'm planning nasty stuff Just taken matters in my own hands. And it works well for links as well of course.
That's a good thing to make sure of, but you'll also want to make sure that the website is relatively popular - getting it accepted at a few popular websites will be much better than getting it accepted by 50 sites that nobody goes to and the SE's don't index.
