    Why would you sell a site thats making $80/month for only $250? thats like 3 months of revenue, seems a little cheap to me...

    A few questions:

    Do you have any stats from google anayltics?

    Isn't this site illegal (hosting copyrighted content, movies etc)?

    Where does most of your traffic come from?

    What sort of maintenence is required?

    Lastly, call me blind, but where does the CPA ad pop up?

    -Google Analytics - No, I only have awstats.

    -Illegal - No, this site is not illegal because no copyrighted content is hosted on the server. The site only provide links.

    -Traffic - Check the screenshots given.

    -Maintenance - 7 hrs. a week, mostly adding new posts or you can also automate the task.

    - CpaLead Gateway - I've disabled the gateway because of the sale. I don't want prospective buyers to get blocked by the gateway. If you people want that I should enable it let me know, I'll do it happily & get one more lead ;)
