What photo(s) should I use to promote a poker website?

    Hello,

I am an affiliate and I want to promote a big poker site through my own site.

So my question is what photo(s) should I display on my landing page?

What kind of photo(s) would entice/convince you to click through and start playing poker?

What exactly should I illustrate in that photo(s)?

    Thank you.

Yeap! .. also, make it look like vegas! remember that song "Luck be a lady tonight..." .. well try to capture the feeling.

Don't just throw random pictures in there, spend a few hours designing a landing page in photoshop and make sure that there is a clear call for action in order to maximize your CTR and ROI...

Green bucks + Straight flush should do the trick :) You can also implement an increasing jackpot counter!

you should try variant testing, this means you try a small number of images and see which one works best. you can do this by using google analytics to monitor traffic.

A picture with an online poker table would make you click through and start playing?

I would agree with the poker chips, machines etc. I would also venture to suggest you at least try and put pictures of happy people using those machines or holding machine etc.

I think there are lots of photos you could use:

    (1) A Poker Table (empty or with players)
    (2) The SLOGAN
    (3) The Website's Logo
    (4) Poker Chips
    (5) Face of Poker World Champions
    (6) World-renowned poker venues

Everyone is giving you the exact same ideas that every single poker affiliate uses. I would go with first hand examples from your playing and screenshots of YOUR actual hands on those poker sites. That shows you really play and know what you're talking about.
