You can't open paypal account from your country in legal way so i suggest you to go for other alternative payment processors such as Moneybookers,2CO,Alertpay,ePassporte etc.

If you attach CC with your paypal, then I perhaps thinks that they will lift the limitations. It requires very nominal cost, and you can use paypal with Pakistan.

yeah well i guess alertypay should be considered a good alternative to stupid paypal.. I really don't know why only Paypal doesn't support Pakistan. Every other online payment companies seems to support Pakistan. So it can't be because they say there is some Spam from Pakistan.

I guess we all Pakistanis should use alertpay more and more to break the pride of Paypal of not accepting Pakistan as their accepted country.

To make an account at Alertpay go to following

    https://www.alertpay.com/?s%2fIhc6FFXVT0hDeC%2fLJNIA%3d%3d

To withdraw money from alertpay you have two options check/bank wire.

For check they charge 4 dollars and for bankwire they charge 15$.

So goto https://www.alertpay.com/?s%2fIhc6FFXVT0hDeC%2fLJNIA%3d%3d and start your freelancing career.

    regards

Paypal don't support Pakistan and you can't have a paypal account living in Pakistan so you better try some alternatives and if you want to receive paypal payments then you should try Plimus..
    Thanks
