    i seen that you can blog comment, etc but what i cant seem to grasp is how to know were to blog comment...like which blogs or how do i find good ones.

    The best way is to comment on your site/blog themes related dofollow blogs!You can find them either at various "dofollow blogs lists", or using special dofollow blog search engines!

    Search for "do follow" blogs and comment on theme blogs that will be fine and also count as a back link for your website or blog.
