ingenuis method to surf DP fast

    Hi guys,

    Fine moment past I just disabled "load images automatically" in Moz and open DP as just usual to sell links,post threads......

    The DP opened up quickly I was shocked because it has never opened so fast.

    Give it a try you might like it !

    Don't obligate around captcha issues, yes we have to enable it only for moment to complete the captcha challenge.

    Not only DP but you can try surfing other sites....

    It saves bandwidth too, for guys who have limited bandwidth this will be really useful.

    If your browser isn't caching images after they are loaded the first time, it's time to use a modern browser. :) There's not a lot of images here, and they should only need to be retrieved the first time you see them.

    But ok... ingenious! {shrug}

    Well, I don't think there is need of such things as already there are less pics on DP. :p

    Only Avatars. :p And even then your speed is slow then your net connection is slow. :D Change it.

    Personally, I would disable signatures, except seeing them let's me notice bad ones.

    I did not see much difference, but it is a very cool feature pointed out by you and should definitely be helpful for many other forums and sites having lots of images.

    I personally feel that images and avatars make the read more interesting here and at every other place. One should be willing to sacrifice little time, if not money for better browsing speeds... but it is no fun giving up on something as good and attractive as visuals! :rolleyes:

    Wait.... DP loads slow?... Since when? Am I missing something?

    I use Google Chrome and DP loads as fast as any other site I goto, which is fast.

    Yup, nowadays it works superbly. :D
    Earlier there was a little bit problem of DB but now since everything is fine...
    Its working lightening fast.:eek:

    DP opens in good speed as other websites do.. donno whats wrong with him...May his PC attacked my some kindda adware or spamware which might slow him in opening pages... better try a good anti spammer software... :)

    I think Shawn and others are working great and dp upload in good speed . I don't think that we need to do such think for dp forum . But thanks for nice tips because on many entertainment forums we face such problems .

    For me there is no problem with the internet speed or bandwidth and these days dp loads faster without any db issues, I go with all the images and avatars while browsing. Without them, dp won't be complete.
