Homebreware affiliates - Attention

Homebreware is currently inactive at the moment. As far I heard from CB, all homebrew products will be suspended from CB soon as I tried to submit the product i have in signature and got rejected.

Make sure you shift to alternate homebrew products in & outside CB. Soon all may be rejected in CB.

If you are always worried about CB sales and want to a checkout a new network then this is the time to change your links.
(Check out my signature - pardon me for the sales plug.)

Homebreware isn't inactive, the payment link works properly, and it is active on clickbank:
    http://1.brewii.pay.clickbank.net

They're simply having some hosting issues most probably. I tried contacting them, but no response so far.

Yes I just checked, the payment link is active. But it has been pushed out of CB marketplace. CB-anlaytics shows this as inactive. They probably also have hosting issues because of which the site is down.

Hoplinks are active but you cannot get credited as there will be no way of getting sales.

http://repreview.brewii.hop.clickbank.net/ re directs to homebreware.com but as the hosting is down there is no sales page, But when i type http://1.brewii.pay.clickbank.net/ it shows the sales page and my affiliate id shows in the bottom.

So the product is active but been kicked out of marketplace.
Anyway you probably are loosing sales. Just a heads up.

Yes I have clearly accepted in my first post. (Pardon me for the sales plug.)
But I was giving out some critical information as well for homebreware affiliates as well.

This is the mail I got for submitting the product in Clickbank.

This is the main website http://www.unlockwiigames.com runs on plimus and I have been modifying the website http://www.unlockwiigames.com/cb/index.html to get accepted in clickbank. After modifying all the changes and about to get approved, i get this final mail.

So removing homebreware out of marketplace could be the first step in their process.http://www.cb-analytics.com/product.php?id=BREWII

    Hello,

I have to apologize, but I was just informed by our Security Chief that we are no longer accepting these products. Due to ongoing Copyright and Trademark issues we are experiencing all the HomeBrew products, ClickBank has been forced to no longer accept new products of this sort.

Any references to ClickBank (the name, logo, icons and marks identifying the Company's products and services) must be removed from your website since your product/service has been declined. ClickBank is a registered trademark of Keynetics Inc. and may not be used without written permission from the Company.

    I apologize for the inconvenience.

    Sincerely,

    Lxx

That email is saying they are not accepting any more of those products, its not saying its banning those type of products, anyways I tried promoting those products on plimus and the conversion rate sucks, I got no sales from it

I agree. I changed my post from "Soon all will be rejected in CB" to "soon all may be rejected in CB.". I cant say for sure that it will be rejected from the mail received. My mistake. Thanks for pointing it out.

Tried to get in touch with the new owner, but was unable. I got news that homebreware isn't going to be removed from CB any time soon, they had a temporary 1 day issue which has already been resolved, and it continues to work as normal.

The current owner probably messed something up with the hosting, that's why the site is down, which really sucks.

Very cool since i have been looking at getting into the homebrew niche, mainly because its a hobby of mine and writing about it would be really easy.

Let me just say that you will not get any products into clickbank if it has "wii" in the url. That may have been your problem. They denied my product as well until I changed my url and used one without the word "wii" in it.

You're right about that, homebreware was originally homebrewii when I first created it, but it was rejected due to having the trademarked 'wii' in the name.

My first alternative name was Homebrewee, I soon realized that wee will associate people to pee (urine :D) , how stupid of name is that, I'm glad I didn't choose that name, so I went with homebreware, which proved to be a nice brandable name

It could have been the case earlier. But now they did not ask me to change the Domain instead they said they wont approve any new homebrew products. Products which got approved are the lucky ones as there will be no new competition.

For me Homebreware.com is still down. Is it working for anyone ?

It looks like it's back up again, so I don't want to rock the boat any further. However - for those that aren't promoting this yet, my product has been converting well lately, and I have a lot of tools for affiliates to use:
