[WTB] Your Dead and Unwanted Sites

    I am looking to purchase sites that are have been neglected and are no longer wanted by their current owner. If you have a dead forum, a image or wallpaper site, a large blog, article directory, or other similar site, I might be interested in taking it off your hands. Your site must meet the following criteria:

    1. It must be at least 9 months old.
    2. It must be in English.
    3. It can't have illegal or adult content.
    4. It must be indexed by Google and Yahoo.
    5. It must be based on some sort of template and use php.

    I would prefer that the content be unique, but that is not a requirement.

    Obviously, I'm looking for cheaper sites that don't make any revenue, so I'm not willing to pay a large amount of money for a site, and I'm not looking to get involved in an auction. Please PM me the URL to your site and your asking price and I'll get back to you ASAP. I'd like to complete a couple deals in the next couple days.

    OK guys, I have found a few sites that I have agreed to purchase, but I am still looking for a few more. Let me clarify a couple more things:

    1. The site needs to have at least 100 pages indexed in Google for me to be interested.
    2. I don't care about traffic, Alexa rank, etc., so if you are valuing your site based on these stats, don't bother sending it to me.
    3. I don't want image hosts, file hosts, or music download sites.
    4. If you want to sell your site, you need to include a purchase price and the URL at a minimum, and the # of pages would be helpful. I'm getting dozens of PMs about this, and I'm not going to spend the time going back and forth haggling over price, and PMs without the URL or price are going to be ignored.
