Websites or Tools to Find Highest Paying Keywords!?

Can anybody tell me a website or tool that I can use to find the right channels/keywords to target for maximum CPC?

I am looking to change the channels I target on my current blog and would like to find something that I can type any keyword in to and then find the best keywords in my niche.

Preferably free or cheap.

haha. I have one question. When you set the pricing, should it be 1 US or 10 US? Or does it matter at all?

I already use Googles Keyword tool but how or where do I get the CPC?

I do not use Adwords but have an account with a campaign paused, not enough data to give me search traffic estimates.
