    Yes, get lots of backlinks from tech related sites. You can offer link exchanges or pay for links. You can do either with me (exchnage will depend on what your site is like).

    Sure, keep posting on forums like this and get people interested in what you have to offer - word of mouth is more powerful than you might think. You can also establish backlinks from DP through your signature (I think)

    Promote your stories on sites like techTAGG, digg and other tagging sites.

    Didn't mean to self promote but it is an option.
