Hey, I'm considering booking my parents a Dinner Cruise on the Thames in London and am wondering if anyone has done this before? It's on the following boat I think: Do you think this is a nice idea? My dad owns his own boat so I thought they would enjoy it.
try this before, my conclusion is great time, nice environment and something u can't forget btw i try this in Australia, Melb, Yarra river
ahhhh when i left school i joined the thames clippers good times, look around for the best boats alot have final boardings at 7. try and avoid the never ending amount of drunks and other weirdos that are regular on the boats. also avoid the tiresome boats to woolwich, takes forever literally.
It sounds a superb idea, most people cannot remember the 'Marchioness tragedy' on the Thames in 1989 when 51 died when the boat sank: http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/1235953.stm
Lol.. We should not think that much negative. Try to think positive and enjoy your life. If someone has to die on a particular day he will die anyhow. - Digital -
cool reply ... If everything take into case, we can't do anything including EATING (alot ppl die eating)
All booked for the week before christmas so they see all of London lit up nicely and a bottle of champaign! ... Now the hard part of keeping it a suprise!
i've been on the dinner cruise...also in Paris it's pretty nice and make sure you get a nice seating location, beside the window
maybe you should change your plans....... http://www.dailystar.co.uk/news/view/88746/Terror-on-the-Thames/
Since when has December been in Summer ... Don't let the bad guys rule your life because then your a coward and their scaring tactics work.
Oh, I was gonna say, he must be printing money. A night out on the water is always nice. What is the bridge in the background of that photo?
