Clickbank not paying

Discussion in 'ClickBank' started by doremi, Jul 9, 2009.

    I've been a publisher for Clickbank for 4 years now and was happy with their services (received checks from them without problem) until they failed to pay me my commission last year. The reporting shows that the payment up till Feb 2008 had been sent to me via check but I never received it after a few months so I asked for a reissue thinking probably it was lost in the mail which they "say" they will and would deduct $20 for bank fee which I agreed. Months passed and I still haven't received the check reissued, which again I emailed them to asked what happened to my check. Again, they said they will reissue the check and make the deduction and did not say if they indeed sent out the reissued check. I waited for another couple of months and still no check to be seen in my mailbox. AGAIN, I emailed them (March 2009) and asked what the heck is going on?! The same thing repeated itself...that they will reissue and deduct the amount and would not explain anything...and I still haven't received the check up till today even though I did receive the check for commision earned between Feb 2008 to Dec 2008 during this period. It's really getting on my nerve now (I guess I have been very patient, after over a year waiting!) but I do not know where I can channel my complaints so that action can be taken against them. Any advice?

    I think that the Clickbank has deducted all money from your account.

    Ask lawyer to send them a letter and ask them to pay you. Good luck.

    Just use bank wire. This way there's no argument AND you get your money quicker and without bank fees on your side.

    I agree, I do like the new direct deposit feature. I hate going to the bank, especially since all the cute tellers have been fired.

    Wait, have you called them?

    I think by now they have already deducted $60. Still have balance but it's not worth it to send them a lawyer letter - it will cost me more than what they owe me. Maybe Clickbank will have to bear the lawyer fee in the end?

    I also think direct deposit is the best way

    I also use direct deposit (and the payments are weekly instead of biweekly)

    below are the countries that are allowed direct deposit via clickbank:

    * Australia
    * Austria
    * Belgium
    * Canada
    * France
    * Germany
    * Hong Kong
    * India
    * Ireland
    * Mexico
    * The Netherlands
    * New Zealand
    * Singapore
    * Spain
    * Switzerland
    * United Kingdom

    for more information about direct deposit I suggest to visit this link:
