Fastest way to Double my money?

    Hi,

Say for example, I have 5 figures in money.

I want to double it, more or less, as fast - and as safest(conundrum) as possible.

I'm aware fast doesn't usually equal safe, but try and work with me here though.

    What should I do?
This is a serious question, btw.

    thanks,

ive heard forex can double your money in about a month but you gotta be careful, especially with the amount of money youre dealing with as you could potentially lose thousands a day

At a guess you could hire someone to buy / sell stocks for you, with that kind of money and if you get them to play it reasonably safe you could be onto a nice little earner :)

Just go to the race track and pick a horse with the best odds and put it to place (1st, 2nd, or 3rd)

That should double your money or lose it all at once. But wouldn't that be exciting.

If you want to remain safe then invest in FD's or something like that for secure return and if you want to take little risk for higher return then invest it in forex, share trading etc. Choice is yours.

I don't think Forex is a good idea. If you have no experience in that field, you might end up losing all your 5 figures. :(

Forex may be risky, but realistically they are all risky and forex may be the only fast way unless you have some connections for investing

There is nothing that can double your money without the risk factor coming into play. If you have spare money and do not mind losing some of it....(there is certain probability and it is more than 50%) then you may try online gambling, horse racing, sports betting or forex. :)

Lol, losing the money would be very upsetting however.

    OT :

I'd invest in shares, has always worked with me.

Betting is actualy not a bad idea.

The trick is to pick things with very limited options. Horse racing for example is a very bad idea, simply because the number of people to choose from is so high.
Sports like boxing, snooker / pool, and football are all much better ideas. It's a 50% chance you win for most of them, 33% if you take into account a draw for something like football.

As you have so much money to start with it's very easy to earn more. Go for safe bets, pick a 50/50 game and go for what should be the clear winner.

Put anywhere between £100 and £1,000 on it, depending how brave you are ;)

Chances are the odds will be quite small, but with £1,000 on it, that will still be a good few hundred.
Or if you really want to, put the whole 5 figure sum on one event, if you win that you'll easily net a few thousand :)

If you are looking to double your money in the shortest possible time, you should also have the appetite to lose all of it in equally fast time!
    No risk..... No gain!

The safest way to double your money...is to just fold it! ;)

You can't really double your money fast and stay safe. They are two methods opposed to each other. Like asking how do you drive and walk at the same time.

If you want to double your money safely, stick it in a bank account and wait 100 years. If you want to double your money fast, stick it on a horse and pray. Anything in between is a compromise between risk and reward and you'll have to decide for yourself how much risk you want to take and how fast you want to take that risk.

There is no easy fast and double way. Otherwise we'd all be at it :D
