However, I had registered with them and would see how they actually operates.

25 EUR for a 300-500 words article? Is that really worth it?

That would be 2.5 EUR. If it was 25 EUR, the package would be 2,500 EUR. ;)

At any rate, the site speaks for itself (poorly).

Actually that website is much worse than been run poorly.

    They run in this way:

You will go ahead to write the entire 100 articles. After that you will wait for a full month (30 DAYS!) for them to review your articles. Then, they will decide if your articles meet their requirements, before paying the money.

Why should I go on writing like a desperate homeless fellow, with no hope of collecting my money? No even 10 articles – but a whooping 100 articles?

    It’s a complete slavery.

Again, how am I sure the money will be paid?

How am I sure they are NOT set up to steal people’s materials and vanish into thin air?

If they are actually responsible and don’t have anything to hide, why insisting on 100 articles, yet for so little amount of money? I just can’t understand those people.

And, the trouble is that, they are not the only one doing this. Sometimes ago, I saw an advert and replied. Much to my chagrin, I later discovered they required 100 articles from me. Yet, on their website, no email to communicate with someone.

Then I sent a mail to the person who replied to me initial application, but up till today –I haven’t receive REPLY FROM HIM?HER!

Please, do always watch out, and avoid being desperate.

    Patrick,

May I offer you some advice .. or perhaps I should say opinions.

You seem to have a unique enthusiasim for writing. If that is the case, and your motivation is not immediate cash:

First, learn to structure an article well.

    • The first sentence needs to be a "hook", that pulls the reader into the article.

    • Make sure the article is well organized and only as long as it needs to be. Articles that have padding to up the word count are ugly.

    • Learn how to use active rather than passive verbs. Verbs drive the prose (or let it remain lifeless), adjectives slow it.

    • The article needs to deliver on the promoise that you made with the first sentence.

    • Create a good payoff .. (the end of the article)

When you advertise youself, stress your strengths and admit your weaknesses. Tell a potential customer by PM that your grammar and usage are marginal, but he only needs to brush away the dust (rewrite just a bit) to find the diamonds (end up with a fine article).

When you get a project, ask the customer to please work with you on any rewrites. Rewrite the articles free if the customer makes specific demands. Ask to see how the customer/editor has cleaned up your work, then figure out why they did what they did. That is a learning process that you probably can't find online.

As stated above, these are personal opinions and should be taken as such.
