    hmm i flush DNS now and did a cache, cookie clean like 2 days ago. it looks like an IP ban more than anything.

    You might want to fix your support and servers, as they really suck big time. Lots of down times, and tickets left unattended for several days.

    I had a reseller account with him since January. There were a lot of down times. Last 13th of this month, their server crashed. They were unable to restore my clients data in whole until now (almost a month!). Totally unreliable. The worst ever.

    I requested you many times not to open multiple tickets. 3 accounts (clients) are left now to be restored, i guess you can get today if the other 2 finishes soon. Also just for your benefit monitor your OVH server with an externam monitor and see the actual availability of the network.
