I am also selling this for real cheap. Under $50 most likely. Just the psd. Pm if interested or interested in custom designs for cheap. For this Template I am Giving Selling Rights! That means after you buy this you can re sell it to anyone you like for what ever price you want. I don't care what you do with this after you buy. You can provide an HTML version and easily sell for more than $200.

That template looks really awesome! Very great work.
But IMO, I wouldn't want a site with a very big banner. It will be nice if the header isn't as big as that.

Nice design, I like the fonts used in the "Creative"
The spacing on the left side text area (Welcome,Article name) is not perfect, you can make the space equal to the right side space. Same for the separator on the right side of the "Sample" section.
What do you think?

I find the banner to empty for its size.

 

I love it... but sadly doenst have any budget for paid templates. anyone know where i can get some good free templates?
