you sure can sue them on small claims court if you think they owe you money and they banned your acocunt due to no fault of yours. i read a news some time ago where a young guy sued google in a California court and won the judgment

But I think the hope to win the case is so slim. Even you win the judgment in the end, you have to pay the bigger cost at first.

That news before that happens way back has recently lost the case when Google appeal the case and showed an ad without any content and inviting visitors to site to click on the ads
But you can always sue google if you have a case and hopefully you any one can win so that we can have a fair chance at what we work hard for.

    Thanks

google adsense is abusive to publishers, the program ignores their motto of "do no evil"... or at least walks a fine line.

Sure you did. It's linked to in the very first post in this thread. And the second post links to where they lost on appeal.

In case anyone else is interested, here's a link to the case filing:

Yeh, the disappointing thing about Google's treatment to publishers is that they rarely communicate in any other way other than automatic messages - even if you have a specific problem that you write to them about. Understandably they have a lot pf publishers and it would take a lot of manpower to communicate all the time, but I don;t think I have ever had a human communication in over 2 years of publishing.

Well I'm sure most would spend more then they're "owed" in lawyer fees alone.

You don;t have lawyers in small claims courts. At least most states don't allow them.

Well, one should only go to court if he has really too much money in Adsense.
Otherwise he will come to know that even he didn't won the case and lost much money in court and lawyers. :p

AdWords advertisers are even more important, if they stay away because of fraudulent publishers. It's goodbye to AdSense
