if you hired some one @ 2 $ per article of 500 words, what would you expect. As there are too many people who are offering their services and normally people do go for cheap one and end result is creating thread like that, why dont you hire some professional and spend bit more. i am writing in the forum for the last 3 years never got any complaint. so my advice is to do not go cheap all the time, just check itrade and his work before assigning some task to some one

I've been fortunate the two times I did pay for articles and got crap in return, the writers refunded me my cash. But it's really you get what you pay for around here. If you are paying fractions of a penny per word up to a penny even and expecting scholarly work, it just won't happen.

Firstly, I would like to say, how refreshing to learn that someone actually pays their writers, even when they know their work is so low grade it is unusuable. What you have shown as an example of content you have paid for is totally unacceptable and the person responsible for writing such garbage should have been ashamed to expect you to pay for their work..... It is a credit to you to have kept your comittment and paid for such poor work. It is becoming more and more difficult to find clients that are willing to pay reasonable prices for totally unique quality content that will pass copyscape every time and it is my belief that many article writers become despondent about their work leading to slap dash outcomes because of this. Added to this, quite often ads are posted requestings 'samples' up front with the promise of ongoing work, and I have discovered on so many occasions 'AFTER' spending hours researching a given topic(s), and producing quality samples, that I have been dealing with dishonest people who never had any intention of paying for the work I produced on their behalf. Free content for them, lost income for me!

All of my work is original and written from my own head, after researching the topic I am to write about. To research properly, develop a strong outline and then deliver high quality content takes time. If you want a good article writer and can supply ongoing work please contact me via my email address....I can tell you though. I WILL NOT write articles for $1.00 and expect to be paid a reasonable amount for providing high quality content within timeframes that always ensure I meet the clients deadline. Again, good on you for your honesty.

Well you are right but the main significant thing I really would like to say is if you got ur payment refund then u don't have rights to publish those articles on a thread, u can indicate his/her name (nick) but this is not fair, first u have to ask the owner of those article ... !

Sorry If I Said Anything Wrong ..

    THANKS

I have had a few good articles from non english people but it took them two weeks to write one of them.

What i got was free, i cut a deal along the line... BUT... I shall be looking for articles, guides and FAQs soon so watch for my thread.. :)

PS. I agree with samples but remember to check against Google in case they have stolen from another site.

A some what researched topic and about 500 world professionally written article will take at least an hour or two. Unfortunately, most people don't want to pay more the $5 for that type of article. Which is less then what a person would make at a fast food joint. At the end of the day you get what you pay for.

I don't do a charge back unless it is
    A: Copied content from elsewhere.
    or
    B: Definitely a spun article.

If they spent time writing the article and just are crappy writers, they did their best, right? So I won't ask for a refund. I just don't go with that writer again. I might be too nice, though.

I'm the same way. I feel sorry for the person that sat down and wrote that crappy article and probably didn't know how truly awful his (or her) grasp of the English language really was. Unless I feel scammed, I just keep my mouth shut, let the guy can keep the $3 or whatever it was, and never use him again.

Another thing I have run into is a situation where the DP member has his "team." He may be able to write a decent post himself to attract the business, but he outsources the articles that you are outsourcing to him. That almost always means you'll be getting unreadable junk, in my experience.

I believe that the same thing tends to apply not only for articles but also for website hosting and other services that are offered here on the Digital Point Forums.

As a website hosting company owner, people here tell me (OH!, but your prices are not as good as other offers here)... and then you later hear that their cheap host has closed down or scammed them.

Writing articles takes time and people buying them should take more time in thinking closly about what they want and making such agreements with writers on standards.
